Content should be provided within the agreed timeframe before development begins. Additional content creation, image sourcing or changes requested after the project scope has been approved may be quoted separately.

Understanding Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope of work and the timely receipt of all required information, content and approvals. Customers are responsible for supplying all required website text, images, logos and other materials unless content creation is specifically included in the quotation. All materials must be provided within the agreed timeframe.

02 — Agreed Project Scope

Your approved quotation and website brief will define the agreed project scope, including the pages, features and services to be provided. Requests outside this scope may require a separate quotation.

03 — Revisions & Changes

The quotation will specify the number of revision rounds included. Revisions must relate to the agreed scope of work. Additional revisions, new requirements or changes to previously approved work may incur additional charges.

04 — Feedback & Approvals

Customers are expected to provide feedback and approvals within the agreed timeframe. Delays in communication, content submission or approvals may affect the project completion date.

05 — Final Approval & Launch

Once the website has been reviewed and approved, we will complete the final checks and prepare it for launch. Changes requested after final approval or publication may be quoted separately.
